3/4-way Contiflow valve
The valve unit combines two independently switchable 2/2-way valves and a pressure sensor in a compact design to form a 3/4-way valve. This assembly is perfectly suited for the continuous media funding with two Nemesys S syringe pumps with a system pressure of up to 10 bar.
Thanks to the integrated pressure sensor and the option of closing the valve completely, the pressure of the inactive pump can be adjusted to the application pressure during continuous pumping. As a result, the pressure pulse and thus the change in flow rate when switching is minimized in order to generate an extremely uniform, continuous fluid flow.

3/3-way high pressure Contiflow valve
The valve unit combines a highly media-resistant and low-wear 3/3-way ball valve valve and a pressure sensor in a compact design. Valve and pressure sensor housing are also made of Hastelloy for max. Media resistance available.
This assembly is perfectly suited for the continuous media delivery with two Nemesys M or High pressure syringe pumps for up to 414 bar system pressure. Thanks to the integrated pressure sensor and the possibility of completely closing the valve, the pressure of the inactive pump can be adjusted to the application pressure under software control during continuous pumping. This minimizes the pressure pulse and thus the change in flow rate during the subsequent switchover in order to generate an extremely uniform, continuous flow of fluid.

3/3-way high pressure ball valve valve
Our valve drive for Swagelok or Fitok 3/3-way ball valves can be connected to the universal I/O interface of your Nemesys syringe pumps or about our I/O module integrate into your setup.
The valve can be equipped with different valve heads (172/414 bar) and can even be changed, making it the ideal addition to your syringe pump for automatic refilling with large sample volumes or long dosing processes.

High pressure pneumatic valve
The pneumatic high pressure valve can be used with a system pressure of up to 1370 bar and is fits therefore perfectly for the Nemesys ultra high pressure module. The valves are perfectly suited for high pressure applications or high temperature applications up to 160 ° C. You can easily integrate these valves into a flow system made up of one or more syringe pumps using the supplied pilot valve terminal.
