Qmix V HP valve modules combine high-performance multiport valves of the Rheodyne TitanHP series with a valve control unit in one compact housing. Rheodyne TitanHP valves are extremely versatile and simple to use high-pressure valves for applications experiencing pressure levels of up to 414 bar, such as:

Valve Module for all neMESYS and Qmix Systems

Modular and Expandable.

Qmix V valve modules let you expand your existing neMESYS dosing system or your existing Qmix flow-chemistry system with additional multiport valves, quickly and easily. Using the neMESYS interface and the neMESYS plug system, you can plug any number of valve modules into an existing system and thereby expand it and create completely new possibilities. You can also plug them into our neMESYS syringe pumps or Qmix micro-reaction modules to create your own complex dosing system or a complete micro-reaction system.

Switching, Configuring and Automating Valves

The QmixElements valve plugin gives you a good overview of all valve modules and lets you switch the valve position of any module quickly and easily. The names of all valves and even the names of each individual valve position can be selected freely to let you adapt them to the requirements of your particular application.

Script functions of the valve plugin make it possible to incorporate valve modules into complex Qmix scripts very easily. Valve position switching can be automated and synchronized with other Qmix modules.

The software visualizes all valve types, including their specific appearance and their current valve position, letting you immediately identify the valve type and the current switching position of each valve. You can switch each valve to the desired position by clicking on it with your mouse or selecting it from the context menu.

The QmixElements software is a comprehensive, plugin-based, modular software solution for the control of all cetoni devices via a common graphical user interface. The software consists of a core that provides the basic features and services, such as the application window, the event log or the tool bar.

The valve library lets you incorporate a large variety of valves into your applications. It supports multiport valves as well as 3-2-way valves or squeeze valves. You can control 3-2-way valves of neMESYS syringe pumps or multiport valves of Qmix V modules, for example. All functions are supplied through a Windows DLL (32-bit / 64-bit), enabling simple and inexpensive integration into all Windows 32-bit or 64-bit development environments supporting the use of DLLs, such as:

The Qmix SDK is a powerful software package that allows developers to integrate their Qmix system and its various modules into their applications. Central to the Qmix SDK are device-specific libraries that provide the programming interface (APIs) for each Qmix module (neMESYS pumps, rotAXYS and neMAXYS positioning systems, Qmix IO, etc.).
